Operations Development Program (ODP)
The objective of this program is to hire top talent from campuses to train and develop into future leaders in manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, quality, and distribution areas for the Operations team of Milwaukee Tool. The program takes graduates through rotations within the pillars of our Operations, with the opportunities of mentorship, training and leadership being provided in addition to hands on work experience. Rotations will typically last six months and are based on a combination of Milwaukee Tool strategic objectives, specific departmental needs, technical qualifications (coursework and degree) and interests of the ODP candidate.
Engineering Development Program (EDP)
The Milwaukee Tool environment offers exciting and relevant training and development programs for new engineering graduates. We provide new engineers with insights about lessons learned as well as in-depth product, design, and technical knowledge; all of which enables our new engineers to create high quality innovative customer focused solutions.
EDPs at Milwaukee not only develop their technical abilities, they also develop leadership skills. Responsibility is earned early in an EDP's career as they engage in one or more of our many fast-paced and challenging projects.

Sales and Marketing - Leadership Development Program (LDP)
We need smart, determined leaders with the right aptitude to learn quickly and apply what they have learned to their next promotion. LDPs have the choice to explore sales, marketing, management, and product development on their career journey.
The Leadership Development Program develops college graduates by giving them the tools to learn about our customers and markets first-hand. We invest heavily in our current and future leaders through aggressive recruitment, multi-dimensional training and recognition programs.

Technology Development Program
The objective of this program is to hire top talent and develop future Information Technology leaders at Milwaukee® Tool.
Milwaukee® Tool commits to investing in those in our Technology Development Program by providing both technical and personal development training. Training programs will prepare you to be a future leader!
The Technology Development Program is a two year program with four rotations. The rotations are designed to provide broad exposure to emerging and relevant technologies to our business. Opportunities and projects within the rotations may include exposure to:
- Application/Infrastructure Development & Support
- Quality Assurance
- Project Management
- Business Analysis
