I am the Director of Engineering in Hand Tools and Storage and have been with the Milwaukee Tool team for fifteen years. My team develops innovative tools with robust designs that can meet end user expectations. New challenges require out of box thinking and big picture mentality while still being able to handle the complexity and change. The Never Settle, Always Improving attitude for the products, processes and myself has been key to take on complex problems and succeed as a team. To achieve goals, we build a plan, be persistent and put in best effort. If things still do not work out, we change strategy but not the goal.
As the Group Manager for Continuous Improvement, my team focuses to eliminate waste and drive process stability to improve value to our internal and external customers. I strive to teach others how to view their processes differently, challenge the status quo, and embrace the Never Settle, Always Improving mentality day-in and day-out. As Milwaukee Tool grows, small concerns can quickly escalate. To resolve issues and properly scale our processes for the future, I ask teams to think beyond current state and how tasks are currently completed. I look to quickly solve the immediate need, but also how to adjust and advance processes for the long term.
I am a Strategic Account Manager and have been in Sales at Milwaukee Tool since 2012. My goal is to share our innovative product line with contractor groups, distributors, and field leaders. From converting categories to growing partnerships, I strive to always improve our customer experiences. I never settle until l’ve shared our disruptive innovation with the world. Each year, I teach Milwaukee Tool safety at my children’s school and I’m proud to be the face of Milwaukee Tool in my region.
I am a Strategic Account Manager and have been a part of Milwaukee Tool for five years. As a Strategic Account Manager in the Industrial Channel, I have the opportunity to take complete control of my business and execute a top down plan for my accounts and the local team alike. What drew me to Milwaukee Tool was not only the continued growth of the company, but also the ability to excel professionally with no limits or bounds. Milwaukee Tool calls for innovative solutions and to always be remarkably candid. Every day I take control of my business with truth, sincerity, and a straightforward attitude. I am a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, which prides itself in exemplifying truth, nobility, and enthusiasm. I apply my core beliefs to my current role as a Strategic Account Manager. Each day, I understand no matter what part of life my walk takes me to, being straightforward and candid will always prevail.
As a Director of Supply Chain at Milwaukee Tool, I help our Supply Chain team grow and support our ever-expanding business. Candidness is what sets Milwaukee apart. It starts by listening to both our partners across the business and our global counterparts. Our partners define the priorities and our counterparts endlessly share information on risks and solutions. Listening enables us to understand and coordinate the overall process. Moreover, we must be upfront about asking for help. One person or team alone cannot forecast, plan, procure, produce, store, and ship. We need to be clear on ownership and trust one another. Candidness enables us at every step.
I am a Safety Specialist and have been with the Milwaukee Tool team for 12 years. The Safety Specialist role is new to Milwaukee, created to drive product conversions and grow sales in the safety category and strengthen safety partnerships with distributors and end users. During my career at Milwaukee Tool, I have had the opportunity to support various sales teams and I have learned the importance of candid communication and how it impacts team success. In my current role I work to maintain open dialog with all of my Field Sales partners. Whenever a customer makes a change, I can quickly voice my opinions and provide proper direction to drive point of sale throughout our programs. Milwaukee is an amazing company that not only empowers you to help develop best practices, but encourages you to share success stories across the entire organization. I am very grateful to be able to network within the organization to help continue to drive our company's success.
As a Quality Lead and now Senior Product Owner on the One-Key Team, I am involved in all the new features implemented in the One-Key system. In the year that I have been on the team, I have been empowered to think beyond my role in Quality to understand user needs around why we are building specific features. I am passionate about collaborating with those around me to improve processes, remove roadblocks, and encourage communication to ensure we are delivering real value to our users.
I am a Territory Manager on the Jobsite Solutions Team and I have been with Milwaukee Tool for four years. I work with my team to drive sales growth within the high focus market of New York City. Prior to Milwaukee Tool, I served in the United States Army as a 19 Delta Cavalry Scout. During my time in the Military I was provided with the motivation to grow, become a better version of myself by asking myself "how can I better myself than what I was yesterday?". Sustaining your competitive advantage as a leader, as a team, and as an organization is a daily challenge. In order to succeed as an individual, you must lead by example and remember to be humble. One way I’m able to share the professional growth with my team is by mentoring the younger generation of Milwaukee Tool, which allows them to build the confidence they need to succeed out in the field. Outside of work, I am involved with Walk for Autism and the Wounded Warrior Project. Whether it is personal or work, I wake up every morning to exemplify the true meaning of an EMPOWERED LEADER.
I believe this recognition reflects the team I am empowered to lead and the entire Rapid Prototype Department – the engine in Milwaukee Tool’s new product development process. Milwaukee Tool facilitates an environment that provides opportunities to lead projects and lead others, while supporting that growth through professional development. I am confident this is the root of our success. Milwaukee Tool empowers their people to lead, but to be successful you need to have a growth mindset. I am a Supervisor of Quality Engineering and I have relentless commitment to everything I do. I drive my team to be obsessed with delivering the highest quality products to our end-users. We are always on the lookout for end-user feedback through social media, product reviews, and warranty. In addition, I have been a member of Milwaukee Tool’s Community Impact Committee (CIC) since its inception in late 2015 and initiated the partnership with our local Habitat for Humanity. Beyond this effort, I also lead Veterans initiatives across the US with Milwaukee Tool’s support. I am “Obsessed” with helping others at Milwaukee Tool, in my home life (farming – supplying food), and throughout the community.
I am a Senior Project Engineer in Power Tool Product Support Engineering (PSE). I have been with Milwaukee Tool for almost two years. The PSE team adds business value and preserves brand equity by maintaining and improving the power tool product life cycles. After new products launch, the PSE team must be relentless and obsessed with performance and reliability to improve warranty rates, life cycles, supply chain robustness, and end user satisfaction. Product Support means not knowing the phrase “not my job”, as our obsession leads us to support the business in any capacity requested. I am also obsessed with Milwaukee Tool as an end-user. Outside of work I build hotrods and motorcycles as a hobby and not a day goes by that I don't use a Milwaukee Tool solution in some real-world capacity.
Over the last three years I have had the privilege of supporting all our product development teams globally. As the New Product Development Administrator, I review and refine the processes that all these teams use. I am Obsessed with finding opportunities to drive process innovation and increase communication in our ever-growing organization. My favorite part about my job is being able to work closely with all the teams and then develop improvements that span across departments. Each day is a chance to learn something new and improve upon what we were doing the day before. I am Obsessed with finding that next improvement that will change the way we execute projects within our organization.
I am a Strategic Account Manager for Job Site Solutions and have been on the Milwaukee Tool team for ten years. We provide the best solutions to our end users and distribution partners with Speed, Agility, and Urgency. We proactively work to make our end users jobs more efficient in the field. Our team continuously thinks about how our actions and decisions will impact our end users and distribution partners. As Milwaukee Tool grows we need to identify and develop innovative ways to remain focused on our partners in our changing markets. "It's Hard To Beat a Person Who NEVER GIVES UP."
I am a Sales Operation Manager at Milwaukee Tool, and have been with the company for the past three years. One of our goals in Sales Operations is timing. It is crucial to provide precise data to the pertinent people at the proper time. Since we support a wide array of internal and external stakeholders, it is crucial to possess speed, agility and urgency. We strive to collaborate with multiple teams to offer fact-based results and suggestions beyond the scope of requests. It is imperative to be efficient and flexible while gathering, compiling, analyzing and communicating the data solutions in a meaningful and responsive way. When teams synthesize complex information with speed, agility and urgency, it improves the pace and quality of decisions. This enables Milwaukee Tool to capitalize on business opportunities.
I am a Supply Planning Manager within our Supply Chain group and have been on the Milwaukee Tool team for seven years. The supply team is responsible for product availability, delivering industry-leading levels of customer service to drive and balance business priorities in the most cost-effective manner. With the continuous growth, additions and enhancements to our product lines, it is a requirement within Supply Chain at Milwaukee Tool to constantly exhibit speed, agility and urgency in our work. That's what I love about this place. We come into each day, not truly understanding what the outcome will be. Whether it is a new customer opportunity, a change in our manufacturing environment or a dynamic twist to our Supply Chain, the team is continuously looking into future time horizons in order to maintain customer commitments and expectations.
